How to Order:

1. Select Size and Shape: Choose the perfect dimensions and shape for your space.
2. Describe Your Idea: Please provide detailed instructions on the textbox, you can also upload reference images!
3. Design Process: If you have a print-ready file please upload it, if you need graphic design service, please add this service to your cart.
4. Final Approval: If you added our graphic design service, you will receive a digital mockup for your approval or revision. If you submitted a print ready file, we will start production of your product after we receive your order.
5. Pick-up: You can pick up your order at our location at: 12792 W Colonial Dr #140, Winter Garden, FL 34787. If you need the item shipped, please select shipment on checkout.

Important Notes:

• Color Variance: Screen colors may slightly vary from printed colors.
• Assistance Available: You can text or Whatsapp message us with any questions!

Shipping Information:

• Carriers: Shipped via FEDEX or UPS.
• Packaging: Backdrops over 3ft are folded for efficient shipping, including a base and upright support pieces. Backdrops that are picked up are not folded.
• Packaging: We ensure secure packaging, but damage post-handover to the carrier is outside of our control. Please follow the shipping label instructions for claims.
